Client pages are new way to keep in touch and share project updates and news.  Your page is divided up into easy to read sections to provide you with current work 'status'; for your project progress, a live 'calendar'; for filming schedules and a 'media' tab for links to your projects photo or video files.

We will send you an email with your page URL link and a QR code, anyone with these links can view your page.  Each 'client page' is dedicated to you and your organisation and helps different people within your team to view your projects progress.

PLEASE NOTE: 'Client Pages' are only viewable from the URL link or QR code that are emailed to clients.

The 'project status' section helps you to see clearly what stage your video or photo project is currently progressing.  It shows clearly what steps have been taken and when during production and post production phases of your project with us. 

To make things fast and easy, we have created a 'QR code' dedicated to you and your 'client page' that once scanned, it will take you directly to your client page on our webpage that holds details about your projects.  You can quickly share your QR code with others in your team or your organisation to allow access to your 'client page'.

Client 'projects calendars' relate solely to your projects, in order to share filming locations and schedules dates and times during production.  This allows you to quickly see information such as filming location venues, photos and other relevant web links.   

A 'rough cut' is a term used in video/film production when the first full edit of a video has been made and is shared to seek from our clients input for any changes or additions that maybe required.  We use 2 file sharing platforms called 'Wipster' & 'Frame.io' for the purposes for sharing videos for approval, feedback and comments from our clients.
